How far in advance do I need to pay to secure my reservation? Payment must be made up to 3 days before your arrival to guarantee your reservation.

What is the cancellation policy? We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before your check-in date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 3 days of arrival. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed? The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in: 2:00 p.m. | Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. If you need a different time, please contact us to check availability.

My flight arrives very late (after midnight), can I check in at that time? Absolutely! Your arrival time is no problem: we have self-service access so you can check in with complete peace of mind, no matter the time. ✈️

Can I park on the property? Yes, we have free parking in front of the house, with space for vehicles up to mid-size SUVs. 🚗

What restaurants, attractions, and public transportation are nearby? We are in a very strategic location in Alajuela: very close to Plaza Real (restaurants and movie theaters) and supermarkets, and minutes from Juan Santamaría Airport. There are bus stops nearby and excellent Uber and taxi service.

Is there a restaurant on the property? We don’t have our own restaurant, but there are many options nearby, such as Plaza Real. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen. 🍽️

What are the Wi-Fi conditions? We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. 📶

Does the property have air conditioning? The property does not have air conditioning; however, we provide fans and good natural ventilation to keep the environment cool.
